 What is child lock?

When enabled child lock stops the wall switch from being able to be used to turn the outlet on and off. You will still be able to use the Grid Connect app to control the outlet without affecting child lock. To deactivate child lock either disable it in the app or tap the wall switch 5 times in quick succession.
