Have actions automatically take place when certain conditions are met.

This could be based on weather, time of day, specific scheduling or device changes.

1. To access automation, tap the  menu icon .
2. Tap ‘Scenes and Automation’ and then select ‘automation’ in the header.
3. Tap the ‘add automatic action‘ button to create your first scene or ‘+’ button at the bottom right of the screen to create additional actions, select ‘automation‘.
4. Tap ‘Add Condition’, and choose a condition from the menu.
5. You can set as many conditions as you like and select whether some or all of the conditions must be met to activate the scene.
6. To select the products involved and the action they take, tap ‘Add Action’.
7. The options available depend on the individual products’ functionality.
8. In this example, we have a product turn on everyday at sunset.
9. Actions can be switched on or off from the list of automations you set.
