Product not pairing?
Pairing mode lasts 60 seconds. Don't worry, if you weren't able to pair in that time you can put the lock back into pairing mode when you are ready with your Wi-Fi details.
Wake the keypad, press *#, confirm your admin password then press 1,3 & 2. The 5 key will flash to indicate the lock is ready to pair.

Enabling access to Bluetooth for the Grid Connect app will help for speedy pairing
