Unsubscribe from suggestions
At Grid Connect we’ve heard from many users saying they want suggestions on what more Grid Connect can do for them. Based on this, we do reach out occasionally to customers through the app or email with information about new products, useful features and general smart home advice.
If you don’t want to receive these suggestions it is easy to turn them off in the app by following the steps below:
From your Grid Connect account tap on the menu icon (≡) at the top left
Select ‘profile and settings’ > ‘privacy agreement’.
Toggle the ‘suggestions’ tab to suit your preference.
You can change your settings at any time.
